About Me.

Book enthusiast, lover of travel, popcorn connoisseur

I live in Walnut Creek, California with my husband Tyler, but I work virtually with clients all over the world.

My passion for women’s health stems from my own experiences. From an early age, I read everything I could about diet and healthy lifestyles. However, marketing and media featuring unrealistic depictions of beauty led me down a road of yo-yo dieting, obsessive calorie counting, and a destructive relationship with food. Fatigue, brain fog, mood imbalances, and acne were only a few undesirable side effects of this.

It wasn’t until years later that I began to celebrate food and the nourishment that it provides. With a new definition of health, I took my passion to the next level by attending Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and gaining my Nutrition Consultant certification. I’m proud to be able to use my science-backed education and experience to help women heal naturally from health struggles through diet and lifestyle guidance and support.
